With our DecisionDirector® platform and managed services and, now, our new Outcomes Work division, Advantiv has been supporting procurements of enterprise class technology and related services in higher education, state and local government, healthcare and K12 since 1996.

Collectively, our mission is to deliver products and services that enable buying organizations, solutions providers and consultants to accelerate the achievement of the real business value that solution investments aim for.

We do this under three lines of business:

Advantiv DecisionDirector: Streamline and accelerate the selection process with collaboration tools that support stakeholder engagement and RFP response collection and evaluation.
Advantiv Managed Procurement Services: Contracted management and operations services to oversee and conduct public procurements that lead to master agreements that streamline and accelerate the procurement process for buying organizations and solution providers.
Outcomes Work Business Outcomes Planning: Services and resources that enable buying organizations and solution providers to focus on the measurable business outcomes that define the business value of each solution investment.

Due to our varied and significant roles in support and oversight of planning, procurement, and contracting processes in public and private settings, we have well-established and effective policies, protocols and procedures that ensure the utmost adherence to ethical standards and statutory obligations.

Advantiv DecisionDirector – Policy Highlights

We are 100% vendor neutral.

We receive no compensation from vendors.

We never reveal vendor response data without permission from the vendor.

We do not claim ownership of any client, consultant, or vendor data entered into DecisionDirector.

We never sell or otherwise distribute any of the data entered into DecisionDirector.

We help clients, consultants, and vendors to be successful in using and benefiting from DecisionDirector, but we never provide unfair advantage or share inside information about the projects we support.

We hold all conversations in full confidence and do not discuss or share sensitive or competitive information.

We are committed to creating and supporting the best practices that lead to the best possible outcomes, and therefore are always open to constructive criticisms and suggestions.

Advantiv Managed Procurement Services – Policy Highlights

We understand and follow all relevant jurisdictional statutory requirements.

We understand and adhere to the policies and protocols of the managed services client.

We conduct all managed procurements in a competent, ethical and fully transparent manner.

When a procurement under our management incorporates the Outcomes Work Business Outcomes Framework, Advantiv personnel shall not be directly involved in any related Outcomes Work facilitation or related services with any bidder.

In no event will any such procurement require any purchase whatsoever of resources or services from Outcomes Work.

Outcomes Work – Policy Highlights

We are committed to advancing the concept of Business Outcomes planning and achievement.

We are committed to contributing to the common good of the marketplaces we serve.

We are 100% market neutral. We do not and will not favor any marketplace entity over another.

We create and curate Outcomes Work resources and services without bias or undue influence from other parties.

We provide Outcomes Work resources and services at fair prices and we do not enter into exclusive arrangements that seek to bar or in any way exclude other buying organizations, solution providers or consulting partners in the marketplace.

We hold in complete confidence all Business Outcome and related inputs, ideas, and results generated by clients during Outcomes Work facilitation services engagements.

Retention by Outcomes Work of any such materials will occur strictly with the consent of the client.

Should demand for Outcomes Work services exceed availability of Outcomes Work personnel, such services shall be provided to requesting clients on an as-available and first-committed/first-served basis.

When a procurement supported or managed by Advantiv incorporates the Outcomes Work Business Outcomes Framework, Advantiv personnel shall not be directly involved in any related Outcomes Work facilitation or related services with any bidder.
